| MESSAGE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CLAIMANTS: Please be aware that the ELC portion of funding will be paid directly to the Learning Provider. Scheme rules prevent claimants from paying the Learning Provider the ELC portion of payment up front. Under no circumstances should Learning Providers request the ELC portion of funding to be paid directly by the claimant. |

| Please refrain from faxing paper work including claims through to ELCAS unless previously agreed with your Single Service Representative. Apart from in exceptional circumstances ELCAS should only recieve original paperwork with original signatures. |
