Learning Providers - Pre-Qualifying Login

If you already have a Provider Id and password please enter these in the fields below to start stage one of the Enhanced Learning Credit Learning Provider Application process. This stage is a brief, online assessment. Having completed the online assessment you will be advised of the outcome and, as appropriate, invited to complete stage two of the process, the Application Form. When considering your application MoD will also take into account similar provision already available through existing approved providers. Where subject areas are sufficiently covered by existing approved learning providers it is unlikely that new providers will be approved.

A significant review of learning provision in respect of the ELC scheme recently concluded. Scheme provider membership is currently at its maximum ceiling and the MoD considers there is adequate provision across a broad spectrum of academic and vocational subjects. As such, no further expressions of interest from provider organisations are being considered at this time.
