Education Centre | All questions or issues with regard to the ELC Schme policy or procedures should be presented to your Education Officer/Centre.
At each stage of the process you should contact your Education Staff to discuss your eligibility and the suitability of your chosen learning activity. Guidance is also provided in the Joint Service Publications (JSP) 898 Part 4, Chapter 3 - The Enhanced Learning Credit Scheme: The Sponsorship of Service Personnel for Personal Development.

Single Service Representatives
Personnel should only contact their Single Service Representative (SSR) if they have been unable to find the answer to their query on the website and the FAQs page. Remaining queries for RAF and RN may be passed to the SSR by telephone or email . For Army personnel queries should be emailed to DETS (A) at the email address below. Army personnel should NOT contact the RAF or RN Single Service Representative.
